Welcome Christian, thanks for jumping in. I am afraid I have nothing for you directly on your deep topic. But in the spirit of chat here is something I found very inspiring. I visited there once, didn't get to play reference music on the speakers, but could hear the ambience in all the rooms in chatting with our lovely host etc. The main Control Room sounds extraordinary. Fresh, like out in the open air.
